Position Duties

You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end development process of our Live games. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Developers, Game Designers, Artists, and QA, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality games on time and within budget. Your excellent organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively will be key to managing multiple projects simultaneously and driving the team to achieve project milestones and objectives.

RESPONSABILITES
- Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of internal games already launched.
- Collaborate with the Developer and Game Design teams to define project requirements, scope, and objectives, establishing clear project deliverables and timelines.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, tasks, resource allocations, milestones and regularly report to Stakeholders.
- Conduct risk assessments and proactively identify potential issues or bottlenecks, implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Coordinate and prioritize tasks, manage resource allocation and resolve conflicts to ensure the efficient execution of project plans.
- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure the highest level of production.
- Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in the mobile game industry.
- Make project status reports and presentations to stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and successes.

IDEAL PROFILE
- 2+ years experience as a Project Manager in the mobile game industry, with a track record of successfully delivering and launching mobile game projects.
- Good understanding of mobile game development processes, including Game Design, Programming, Art, UI/UX and QA.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software to plan, track, and report on project progress (Jira, Confluence, Trello...).
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick decisions and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Independent mindset with strong ownership.
- Passion for mobile gaming and a keen eye for detail.
- Fluent in English as the company works entirely in english.

Additional Information

Start date : ASAP

Contract : Full Time / CDI.

Localization : Paris based, with remote possibilities.

Salary : According to the profile.
