**Missions et responsabilités**
The **Marketing & Product Manager** is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for sustainable growth of three key markets (Personal Care, Protection, Sealing) of **Industrial & Consumer Solutions** (ICS) BU worldwide.

This position will analyze markets, define growth opportunities, and manage product lines by working with Sales, R&D, Application Engineering, Purchasing, Customer Services, and Operations to improve the quality, performance and competitiveness of related product portfolio.

This position is expected to collaborate with the Sales organization in North America, Europe, Asia and South America to improve sales opportunities. This position will come up with the best marketing strategies to grow Saint-Gobain’s participation into these regions.

This position will actively support brand development activities, marketing communications efforts, product line rationalizations and profitability analysis within the markets of Personal Care, Protection, and Sealing.

**Key areas of Responsibility**:
**Promote and facilitate profitable sales growth of assigned markets**:

- Executing strategic price management of product line, including market price monitoring, ERP price maintenance
- Promoting value-engineering and cost-saving projects thus enhancing profitability
- Achieving product segment growth in new market segments beyond current served markets.

**Manage and optimize the product portfolio by enhancing differentiation and added value by**:

- Initiating and spearheading the new product developments and product updates with R&D, Application Engineering, Sales, Customer Services and Operations
- Demonstrating the value proposition of the ICS products to the customers
- Sustaining and improving the profitability of product portfolio
- Coordinating product development activities, working with R&D Stage Gate processes and teams

**Coordinate marketing communications activities**:

- Managing marketing tools for existing product lines
- Developing internal training tools for designated product lines

**Profil recherché**
- Master Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry or Materials Science or Polymer Science is strongly preferred
- MBA or Master’s Degree in business or marketing or management is strongly preferred
- 5+ years of experience on strategic marketing, market management, product management, technical marketing,
- 3+ years of experience within a technical role (i.e. R&D, Application Engineering, Process Engineering), strongly
- Demonstratable experience on marketing strategies and product management for the growth of a given market
- Good experience with business digital tools like but not limited to ERP system (e.g. SAP, QAD) and Salesforce Strong skills on oral and writing communication, data analysis & pricing management
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate good judgement, prioritize tasks, and collaboratively work with the diversified teams
