**Role Summary**:
The Marketing team's objective is to address sophisticated investors to prompt them to consider investing in crypto through our products. Within the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of our website, ensuring a seamless user experience, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. CoinShares website is the main platform for all investors (individual and retail) to understand the brand and our products’ offers.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Utilize website analytics tools to investigate user experience issues and opportunities for improvement. Provide day-to-day suggestions for features and improvements to enhance user experience, site performance, and operational efficiency.
- Write detailed specifications for developers, clearly outlining project requirements and objectives.
- Manage projects by coordinating with agencies, marketing teams, design teams, and developers to ensure timely and successful implementation of website enhancements:

- Conduct weekly sync meetings with different teams to update on project priorities, address issues, and ensure alignment across departments.
- Monitor all tasks on a weekly basis, including status, needs, and feedback, to ensure projects stay on track and meet objectives.
- Test deliverables from developers, validate functionality and address any collateral bugs that may arise.
- Conduct weekly checks and investigations of the website and key pages to identify and resolve any new bugs or issues promptly.

**Undertaking any other such duties as may be reasonably required by the role.**

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:

- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field is essential. A Master's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing or Business is an advantage.
- Proven experience as a website product manager or similar role is essential.
- Strong understanding of website analytics tools is essential.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively is essential.
- Solid technical background with experience writing specifications for developers is essential.
- Interested in or curious about crypto and finance is desirable.
