About the Job
We are seeking a Data Owner Support - Translational Medecine to strengthen our commitment to delivering high-quality products. In this pivotal role, you will lead quality assurance processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
**Missions**:
Assist the Data Owner for the Translational Medicine domain in data governance, the implementation of FAIR and ALCOA standards, and the continuous improvement of data quality and documentation in a complex biomedical research environment.
Describe data and flows, develop quality, access, and security rules.
Map the data lifecycle and document metadata in internal tools.
Perform risk analyses on data integrity and compliance.
Define and monitor the FAIR maturity plan for the domain.
Coordinate improvement actions with the domain's Data Managers.
Act as the interface between the scientific, IT, and data governance teams.
**Requirements**:
About You
**Experience**: minimum 8 years in data management and data governance, with exposure to the translational or clinical field.
**Skills**: expertise in FAIR, data quality, metadata management, modeling.
**Specific knowledge**: oncology, immunology, biomarkers.
**Languages**: fluent English.
**Soft skills**: leadership, teaching, agility, ability to bring together multidisciplinary teams
**On-site presence**: minimum 2 days/week.
