**Description**

We are looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment to join our customer success team. You will assist in building long-standing partnerships by making sure our customers get as much value as possible from our products and organization. We believe 100% that if our customers win, we win You will report directly to the Customer Success Manager in France. You will track key initiatives for strategic accounts, ensure customers are ready to renew, follow up on customer references/stories, and provide administrative support for critical customer success activities. The individual will be able to give insight on client-to-business interactions, improve the customer's experience through proactive engagement, and be the voice of the customer within Semarchy.

The position is based in Lyon, France.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage a list of 30-40 strategic clients to improve overall success and satisfaction
- Ensure a regular and steady interaction and communication with each client
- Develop Connections and relationships with customer staff and stay abreast of organizational changes
- Identify new opportunities to grow customer usage
- Maintain high ratings and referenceability
- Ensure clients continue to leverage Semarchy products effectively and want to renew annually.
- Educate clients on available resources, and other Semarchy news
- Collaborate with your colleagues to ensure client staff are adequately trained and supported
- Listen and be the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs within Semarchy
- Promote an energetic fan base for products and locate brand ambassadors to share the product's benefit and value
- Collect customer information and set up success plans in ChurnZero

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years experience with administrative or project work in a B2B or technology company.
- Experience being a self-starter, with an ability to incorporate feedback and communicate effectively
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive business performance
- Experience managing timelines and presenting effectively to internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with MS Office and/or Google Suite
- Highly self-motivated and willing to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skill and experience
- Comfort working in a global organization, managing multiple projects and deadlines across time zones and teams
- Fluency in French and English is required.
