**Job Description**:
Within the Total Rewards Department which operates as an expertise center, you will work closely with the Senior Manager Global Mobility & Compensation to support the team with international mobility and compensation administration to meet the needs of the business and support global rewards strategy.

In this context, what you will:

- Launch and coordinate international mobility services with our external partners : tax assistance, trainings, moving,
- Develop qualitative analysis of services and identify action plans to be implemented if necessary
- Manage international medical insurance (registrations & cancellations) and social security secondment formalities
- Answer questions from expatriates, HR managers and managers on international mobility topics under your scope
- Assist the team according to operational needs (compensation package, assignment addendum, salary review process ) and projects (international mobility policy under revision, RFP)
- Be proactive to develop internal processes in order to improve expatriates experience and satisfaction during throughout their transfer

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to** **cross-functional_ _projects of the Total Rewards Department.

**Qualifications**:

- Master degree in Human Resources, ideally with a specialization in International Mobility, HR management or equivalent
- Fluent English
- Inter-personal skills: ability to build rapport and gain credibility at all levels of the organization
- Inter-cultural awareness and sensitivity, ability to adapt to other cultures in order to build effective working relationships with BIC contacts worldwide
- Client focus: continuous review and improvement in efficiency, organization and services offered
- Time management: ability to prioritize tasks and to deliver effectively to deadlines
- Accuracy and ability with numbers, Excel - HRIS systems
