**Job Description**:
**CONTEXT OF THE JOB**:
We are currently looking for a super talented intern to join the Indies Label Licensing team **from the beginning of January.**

You will be the person dedicated to actively follow the relation with the indie labels to understand their needs and help the team building the negotiations.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
Catalogue
- Daily work related to catalogue evolution and its technical implications
- Gestion of copyright infringements and communication to tiers involved and constant communication with the legal team
- Regular reviews of our partners’ catalogues and performance reports
- Watch & benchmark competitors’ platforms
- Prospection of new catalogues and artists
- Collaboration with internal teams (product, reporting, editorial and marketing) to understand and answer their needs from a commercial perspective

Label relations
- Follow-up with indie partners
- Maintaining a close relation with our key indie partners on a regular basis
- Collection, coordination and preparation of data key elements for negotiation purposes
- Help building business reviews and presentations to indie partners
- Take ownership of presenting key data
- Reflection on service improvements and new process

**Qualifications**:

- You have or are in a Master’s Degree from a Business School/University
- Excellent computing skills and knowledge of Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Ability to learn and understand technical tools inherent to digital services in addition of strong skills and expertise of the Music Industry and indie labels
- Ability to succeed in an entrepreneurial, internet start-up environment
- Self-sufficient and meticulous as well as driven and self-motivated with a can-do attitude
- Strong communication skills and ability, fluent in English
