About us Within Symrise, the Taste, Nutrition & Health segment draws on its expertise and scientific research to offer its customers and partners unique, sustainable solutions based on natural ingredients in the fields of taste, nutrition and health. With more than 100 sites in over 40 countries, the segment serves the food and beverage industry as well as pet food manufacturers and aquaculture. The segment is divided into two divisions, Food & Beverage and Pet Food. The Pet Food division offers product solutions and services to improve the taste and acceptance of food by pets, to ensure the safety of pet food and for animal health. To study food acceptance, feeding behaviour and interactions between owners and pets, the division maintains four expert centres with around 1,000 of its own dogs and cats. Following the idea of "the closer, the better", Symrise Pet Food serves its customers from over 30 locations worldwide. Reporting to EAME Marketing Communication Manager, you meet customer needs by ensuring the development of innovations and the management of the existing Nutrition product ranges; Monitor market developments and provide solutions that ensure revenue growth and guarantee the profitability expected by the group. Tasks Your role **For the EAME region**: - Develop and implement marketing strategies that will contribute to commercial growth by understanding and analyzing the needs of nutrition market: competitive intelligence, identification and anticipation of direct and indirect customer needs, listening to the market. - Manage the entire product development cycle, from development to commercialization. Technical and industrial feasibility, raw material sourcing, regulations, production (capacity and time constraints) pricing, etc. in collaboration with the associated teams. - Manage the entire product lifecycle from release to end-of-life: analyze the results of the product on the market and compare them to the objectives, verify the quality, profitability and evolution of the product, coordinate the resolution of product-related problems, implement corrective actions and make any necessary adjustments. - Organize decision making bodies (business and portfolio committees) establish, monitor and guarantee the achievement of KPI's, share product and service development data. - Interact and work closely with our colleagues in Netherlands. - Guarantee the level of service to customers in order to improve its products. - Present new products to sales teams, animate sales action, contribute to the training (conception & deployment) and the creation of sales support tools: technical data sheets, sales pitch, product positioning/ single value proposition, price proposals, launch plan, sampling plan, etc. - Participate actively in customer events - Work closely with marketing global teams to increase sales and market share. **Requirements**: About you You have a master's degree in a scientific field like biochemistry, agro-school, or chemistry, and several years of experience in similar roles within B2B markets and international organizations, especially in the feed sector. You are proficient in marketing techniques, knowledgeable about feed products and production, and skilled in building global team relationships. Additionally, you have SAP knowledge and are fluent in English and French. **Offer**: This is a full-time permanent position based in Elven, France with one week per month in The Netherlands.
