We are looking for a Finance and Accounting Associate to join our team in Paris, to support our company’s expansion plans in France. This is a unique opportunity to participate in a groundbreaking project at the forefront of the development of the Metaverse industry and get exposure to the latest developments in the Web3, crypto and NFT space.

The Finance and Accounting Associate will be a part of the Finance team providing support to our team in France and will work directly with the Head of Finance in Buenos Aires and the France CEO. Main duties include activities such as budgeting, financial analysis and reporting of current business activities of our French operations in Paris, Lyon and Lille, as well as spearheading the accounting and administrative tasks related to our activities in France.

**What you'll be doing**
- Prepare monthly budget and expense report based on the matrices provided by the Finance Headquarter
- Operational management of expense processes: verify, validate, prepare and execute payment process
- Produce monthly reports for internal use and review with the Head of Finance and France CEO
- Spearhead the relationship and interaction with the French banks
- Prepare monthly budget and expense report based on the matrices provided by the Finance Headquarter
- Recurrent update of yearly and quarterly budget and forecast throughout the year
- Provide administrative support to the office manager in daily tasks
- Collect all supplier invoices from our different teams and entities, coordinate and execute payments; liaise with our external accounting provider to book transactions

**Requirements**:
**What we're looking for**
- University Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience preferably in Corporate Finance, Accounting or Strategy Consulting
- Previous experience in Crypto, Web3 or NFT space is desirable but not excluding
- Excellent communication, rigor, and organization skills
- Knowledge in administration and accounting
- Perfect ethics with ability to manipulate confidential information
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to work individually, as well as in a team environment
- French and English (mandatory)
- Spanish (desirable)
