About the Team Hiring:
Finance Team, Paris
Our Team is responsible for the processing of financial transactions; We are the gatekeeper of the Audited Annual Financial Statements
We are in charge of Cash Management (A/P, A/R, etc.) in compliance with Corporate Group Policies and local regulations. We maintain a low DSO.
We report monthly to the Group respecting the deadlines and perform analysis to explain the results vs budget.
We are supporting the local business and work with all the functions (Sales, Order Operations, Tech, etc.). Our role is to help the Country Manager to drive the business in order for them to make the best decisions to grow and achieve the country target.
Overview:
Role purpose/Objective
The Finance Manager is in charge of the Finance Team, Paris. They must ensure compliance with local rules and regulations and report to the Group respecting the Group Corporate Policies and the deadlines.
They are a Business Partner to the Country Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the accounting and administration of the French operationnal entity and 2 holdings
- Contribute to the daily accounting activities
- Manage 5 Finance Team members
- Reporting and controlling analysis in a timely manner
- Liaison with payroll provider
- Year end statements
- Social and tax declaration (VAT / IS etc)
- Bank relationships
- Auditors relationships
- Processes improvement and automatization
- Contract management: insurance/rent/ car rent according the Group policy
- Relationships with Corporate Finance Team
- Legal tasks with the help of the legal advisor: shareholder’s meeting/ merge.
- Budget planning and forecasting
- Contribution to implement new Information Systems, if needed
- Segregation of tasks mainly for payments
- Tresuary
**Responsibilities**:
- 15+ years accounting experience as a minimum
- Practical experience of all accounting duties
- Team management experience
- Experience of fast monthy reporting close
Qualifications:
- Adaptability, Autonomy, Clarity in communication, collaborating effectively, Driving for results, Positive energy.
- French to a proffessional level
- English is required for all roles at Graitec as enabling the team to collaborate WW
- Accounting qualification DCG, DSCG or equivalent
- At ease with Excel and IT in general
- CEGID and Dynamics 365 for Finance knowledge is a plus
