Job Description **:Driver**

SOL GmbH is a global company having offices in Germany, France, USA, UAE and India. We serve fortune 500 clients globally for their exhibitions, events and branding requirements. We are looking for young, dynamic professionals to join our multicultural workforce

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Driving & Transportation**:

- Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods, equipment, and materials to various locations, including on-site exhibitions.
- Ensure timely delivery and collection of items, including driving the unload trucks for loading and unloading of goods.
- Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Oversee the management of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking, organization, and timely replenishment of stock.
- Assist in inventory audits and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Maintain proper records of items transported and stored, ensuring accurate reporting.
- **Warehouse Management**:

- Ensure the warehouse is organized and clean, with proper storage systems in place for efficient retrieval of goods.
- Perform regular checks to ensure the proper condition and readiness of equipment and materials for exhibitions.
- **Exhibition Handling**:

- Provide on-site support during exhibitions, including loading, unloading, setting up, and breaking down exhibition materials.
- Ensure that all exhibition items are safely transported and securely set up at the event location.
- Handle any logístical challenges on-site, ensuring smooth operations during exhibition events

**Main Responsibilities**
- To play a leading role from inception to evaluation in delivering a successful

exhibition.
- To conduct accurate site measurements and markings.
- Coordinate installation and oversee unloading and loading of the materials and equipment.
- Provide line management to the exhibition core team, crew and volunteers.
