Role Overview
The position will be remote, but must be in a commutable distance of Paris to support with store functions
Key Responsibilities- Creatively initiate strategies to improve our events and FISKER experience- Organize, plan, promote and execute test drive events throughout Germany- Maintain all scheduled appointments with customers at a Fisker Lounge/Centre + and Fisker events.- Provide a great experience by test drives and make sure the customer is guided through the order process- Promoting and explaining functions and features of Fisker vehicles, outlining the benefits and additional offers: servicing, financial products etc.- Collaborate closely with the marketing and SoMe team to create compelling promotional materials and advertising local campaigns and test drive events.- Utilize various marketing channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising, to reach a wide audience.- Oversee all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, and equipment rentals.- Coordinate logistics, such as travel arrangements, catering, and accommodations for participants and attendees.- Maintain our CRM by registering and processing various data in relation to customer test drives in Salesforce.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in leading event teams and making strategic decisions to improve our customer experience- Experience in the automotive industry is not mandatory but considered a benefit.- Strong organizational skills- Multi-tasker with a strong work ethic- Superior interpersonal skills- Creativity and innovative- Expert communication skills- Fluency in English and local language required.- Fluent in other European languages considered a benefit- Must have and continue to maintain a valid driving license and safe driving record
