You will join Nathalie's team of 10 people in charge of Operationnal Permanent Control, Frauds & Regulatory Projects. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams such as IT, RISK and Compliance.

**Your role will be to drive our operational resilience strategy **. The Operational Resilience Officer will be responsible for building and managing our operational resilience framework to ensure that our critical operations can withstand, respond to, and recover from disruptions.

You will have a key role in the team's success.

As Operational Resilience Officer at Nickel, your key responsibilities will be:

- **Develop and Implement Nickel’ Operational Resilience Framework**:Lead the refinement, and execution of the operational resilience strategy, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and BNP Paribas Group principles.
- **Risk Assessment & Management**:Identify and assess potential risks and vulnerabilities that could impact the Nickel's critical functions. Analyzing both internal and external risks, such as cyber threats, natural disasters, or third-party failures. Collaborate with the risk management team to develop mitigation strategies.
- **Business Continuity Planning (BCP)**:Oversee the development, testing, and updating of business continuity and disaster recovery plans. Ensure robust processes and procedures are in place for rapid recovery from incidents or outages.
- **Incident Management**:Develop response protocols and ensure that communication channels and escalation processes are clear and effective. The objective is to minimize downtime and efficiently manage incidents to maintain business continuity.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:Ensure Nickel's operational resilience policies and procedures comply with relevant regulations (e.g., EBA) and support any regulatory submissions or audits related to resilience.
- **Third-Party Risk Management**:Assess and monitor the operational resilience of critical third-party providers, ensuring service continuity and alignment with Nickel's resilience standards. This pillar ensures that dependencies on external providers do not compromise the overall resilience of the organization.
- **Training & Awareness**:Develop and deliver training programs across the organization to ensure teams understand their roles in operational resilience. Foster a culture of resilience across the organization.
- **Testing and Simulations**:Lead regular resilience testing activities such as simulations, scenario analysis, and stress tests to validate the effectiveness of resilience measures.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Analyze incidents, near-misses, and global trends to continuously refine resilience strategies and frameworks.
- **Stakeholder Management**:Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders across various teams to ensure alignment on resilience priorities and risk tolerance.
