En tant que PMO (Project Management Officer), vous rejoindrez la Direction Business Resilience & Acceleration (BRA) de Nickel. Dans le cadre de ce poste, vous aiderez Nickel à accélérer le déploiement de projets en améliorant leur qualité.
Les sujets sont variés et intéressants et vous permettront de travailler sur des enjeux stratégiques et de construire les temps forts autour d’instances clés.
En tant que PMO, vos missions seront les suivantes:
- **Portefeuille & PI planning**(maintien des projets et produits en cours de déploiement chez Nickel afin d’en faciliter synchronisation) : contribuer au déploiement des roadmaps et à la priorisation, préparer et faire évoluer le PI planning en fonction des besoins.
- **Outillage**(automatisation du processus projets et produits afin d’optimiser la collaboration entre toutes les parties prenantes) : accompagner à l'appropriation de l’outil, préparation et suivi du PI planning dans l’outil.
- **Programmes**(identification et suivi de sujets stratégiques).
- **Méthodologie Projets**(fixation et optimisation du suivi de projets) : consolider, mettre à jour, simplifier les projets en collaboration avec les chefs de projets, communiquer et accompagner les chefs de projets en accompagnement individuel et démarches d’information collective.
- **Communication**(partager les grands enjeux, échanges avec les participants sur les enjeux du quotidien).
