We are a global leader in **Lead generation**and we power the growth of 200 clients across 15 countries. We are lucky to have a team of experts with 13 different nationalities, working remotely and in offices across France and the U.S.

We work alongside our client marketing and sales team to **power their growth**. Dolead runs paid marketing campaigns faster, integrates customer data with confidence, and generates **sales-ready leads** at a fixed cost per lead.

As the Marketing Operations Associate, your mission is to ensure the seamless configuration of customer operations, manage and optimize landing pages, and drive lead delivery success through technical expertise, project management, and data analysis.

**6 months full-time internship OR 12 months work/study contract (Alternance)**

**School must be based in France.**

**Your Missions**:

- Work with Dolead internal tools to ensure the correct operational configuration of customers
- Create Landing Pages with our internal Page Builder and provide feedback for improvements and new functionalities
- Manage and follow new client launches
- Monitor and investigate multiple KPIs (billable rate, CVR,...)
- Act as a cross-functional project manager for all client launches and projects in agile format (Click Up)
- Set up AB testing, analyze data, and make decisions to optimize performance
- Propose and implement ideas to improve our conversion funnels by analyzing conversion channels and usage data
- Work directly with technical teams to manage our internal LP builder interface and improve it along the way
- Monitor and re-inject missing or broken leads in our database and directly impacting our revenues
- Collaborate directly with developers in order to ensure the right connection to our client’s technical and database infrastructure to ensure the collection of performance and quality data
- Develop project management skills by ensuring the right execution of a technical backlog with the right level of priorities
- Perform data analysis on direct performance metrics or test results through different platforms and tools (ie Looker).

**Your Profile**:

- Higher Education student (Bac+4/5)
- A first relevant experience working on similar projects
- Interest in digital, UX, or technical project management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, enabling you to analyze conversion performances and devise improvement strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work closely with technical teams
- Fluent in English - Spanish, Italian, and/or Portuguese are a plus
- Previous experience in managing Tech/UX projects is a huge plus
