What We Do
Kaiko provides financial data products and solutions across four main pillars:
1. Data Feeds: We gather, organize, and distribute market data from over 100 centralized finance (CeFi) and decentralized finance (DeFi) trading platforms to give our clients a comprehensive view of the digital asset markets.
2. Analytics: We operate blockchain infrastructure to collect, process, and distribute detailed market data directly from DeFi protocols, giving our clients a comprehensive view of the DeFi market.
3. Monitoring: Market-level solutions enabling oversight of DeFi markets, CeFi markets, and blockchain-level details like trades, transactions, and supply.
4. Kaiko Indices: Trusted benchmark rates and indices for financial professionals and product issuers, compliant under European Union Benchmark Regulation (EU BMR) regulation.
Our dedicated research arm, Kaiko Research, produces publications read by thousands of industry professionals and cited in the world's leading media organizations. It provides original insights and in-depth analysis on crypto markets using Kaiko's data and products.

About The Role
Our marketing team is looking for a Growth Operations Associate to own the technical execution of marketing campaigns and revenue operations. Reporting to the Marketing Team Lead, this role requires a technically-minded and data-driven individual looking to grow in a rapidly evolving company.
Missions & Responsibilities
Your role will focus on the technical infrastructure and execution of our growth engine. You'll be responsible for:
• Controlling the full lead lifecycle in Salesforce and HubSpot, including allocation, scoring, and reporting
• Handling the technical execution of marketing campaigns, including audience building, email building, and webpage creation
• Setting up and monitoring the performance of automated email sequences and nurture campaigns
• Managing email subscription lists and communications preferences in compliance with global regulatory requirements
• Maintaining all core marketing systems, ensuring connectivity and data alignment between them
• Building and maintaining reporting frameworks and dashboards that track campaign performance, audience growth, and other success metrics for the whole marketing team
• Working closely with sales to understand their needs, and marketing operations processes to match.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
• Be technical, with a strong understanding of marketing and sales technology platforms
• Have an analytical mindset and be comfortable gathering useful insight from large volumes of data
• Love "getting things done", with a strong focus on execution.
• Work with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
Must haves
• Professional-level written and spoken English
• 2+ years' experience in marketing operations or revenue operations
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot
• Working knowledge of Salesforce administration
• Demonstrated ability to build reports, dashboards, and analyze campaign performance
• Familiarity with API usage and data analysis
Nice to have
Interest and knowledge in crypto or digital finance.
