**HSE Manager/Country HSE Manager**:

Your role is to actively coordinate the HSE programs and practices implemented within the organization. The QHSE Manager leads a dynamic of progress by providing advice and coaching at all levels of the organization in order to implement a quality health, safety and environment culture at the level of the country and the Electrification business including a production plant.

**This position reports to**:
Business Manager - Operations

**Your responsibilities**:

- Manage a team dedicated to HSE (2 people) and facilities management (2 people)
- Carry out regulatory monitoring of the production site and coordinate regulatory compliance at the country level

- Generate and maintain a dynamic of progress:

- Create a long-term vision with ambitious goals
- Break it down into action plans including resources, systems, schedule and budget to deploy the HSE strategy in the organization through annual objectives plan.
- Create, implement and animate the associated initiatives by relying on the network of HSE correspondents that should also be managed
- Assist and coach the different levels of management in order to achieve excellence in HSE and prevent incidents / accidents
- Interface with stakeholders (contractors, customers, administration...) at country and local level.
- Initiate and maintain when necessary management systems in accordance with the required standards (MASE, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Ensure the implementation of the internal HSE management system and be the guarantor of its updating.
- Perform HSE audits, perform accident and root cause analysis and supervise the implementation of corrective actions.
- Plans and manages the activities of his/her department in accordance with the required budgets and deadlines.
- Ensure the follow-up of mandatory HSE training and animate internal HSE training.

**Your background**:

- You have at least 7 years of experience in the industry as a Quality and/or HSE Manager ideally with a manufacturer and/or installer in the electrical field
- Minimum Master 2 (Bac+5) in quality management or engineering
- Field experience in practice development and systems management to propose solutions to HSE problems.
- Good interpersonal skills, leadership, result orientation, teamwork
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
