**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Function: F1 Project Director**

**VMATCH **is a consulting and activation agency that supports brands and rights holders in the creation and management of collaborative partnerships. In and around sport, the agency develops communication platforms rich in meaning, creating values and strong and lasting commitments.

**VMATCH **, leading international agency in sports and luxury, is looking for its Project Director as part of the activation of Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy’s partnership with Formula 1.

**Your missions**:
Under the supervision of the agency's Management Committee, the Project Director will have the role of carrying out missions on various client accounts of the agency:

- Formula 1 partnership management and coordination:

- lead and oversee day-to-day operations and client reporting;
- build strong relationships with senior clients, regional teams, rights holders and external partners/suppliers;
- provide F1 knowledge and guidance to client;
- set up and deliver on-track and off-track activation programs across a range of disciplines from ideation to execution;
- follow up the delivery of the contractual partnership rights on-track (commercial rights, experiences, activations, tickets/hospitality, logistics);
- support the coordination between the client’s central teams and local markets (guidelines, briefs and internal approval process);
- manage approval process with Formula 1;
- conduct regular management meetings with all internal and external stakeholders;
- develop on-site relations with other stakeholders (teams, promoters, partners);
- monitor partnership activations impact and effectiveness (dashboard creation and management and KPIs measurement)
- advise and guide clients on best practices and processes

- Formulation of strategic and operational recommendations;
- Interface with client teams;
- Definition and deployment of activation programs;
- Input in proposals for complementary actions, in line with clients’ expectations;
- Participation in the renewal of the clients’ accounts;
- Participation in the agency’s New Bizz topics;
- Management of a Senior Account Manager and/or an Operational Project Managers and/or intern

**Your profile**:

- Successful experiences in Formula 1 (+8 years’ experience) in advising and managing international partnerships with brands, teams or organizations;
- Proven experience of delivering sponsorship rights across the marketing & communications spectrum;
- Global experience liaising with markets;
- Experience in agencies, with management of several projects;
- Knowledge of Grands Prix and the Formula 1 ecosystem;
- Knowledge of the sports marketing ecosystem and partnership issues;
- Knowledge and appetite for the luxury sector, in marketing and communication functions;
- Understanding of brand challenges and their expectations;
- Significant experience in professional client relationship management, including C-suite level;
- Spirit of initiative, excellent personal and interpersonal skills, ability to lead and work as a team in project mode, best in class client servicing, account handling and project management;
- Native or fluent English (other languages a plus);
- Master or MBA level;
- Excellent Pack Office skills;
**Conditions**:

- Permanent contract (full time job);
- Fixed + variable remuneration depending on profile;
- Job based in Boulogne-Billancourt / Paris Area and teleworking + some international travel and at-race management required;
