It is managed from creation part to the order follow-up with the factory in Spain. The Graphic & logistic Coordinator makes several proposals on décor to have an appropriate offer to any consumer. In addition, the Graphic & Logistic Coordinator has to manage the loyalty program of the customer by following it with the external suppliers we do have. - Research on current tendencies & proposes décors for Lighters series - Prepare document for the factory for Lighters Production - Prepare documents on Lighers decors for sales team - Prepare & adapt design for French Marketing document - Place order to the factory and follow the status of the order until the shipment - Follow Customer demands & sales proposals for the Loyalty program - Send the orders to the suppliers for the loyalty program part **Qualifications**: - Previous experience in similar area required as graphic designer - Comfortable using digital tools - Autonomous - Strong communication skills - Organized - Flexible & agile thinking - Able to prioritize tasks - Proactive person - Knowledge of Microsoft pack office - English written is a plus LI-Hybrid BIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
