**Job Description**:
In this role you will:
Help the team develop a data-informed / data-driven culture through:

- developing data processing layer in Databricks that is a foundation of other reporting and analytical activities
- designing & deployment of user-friendly solutions in Tableau Online based on acquired business knowledge
- adoption increase for Tableau Online with continuous design optimization / content development
- creativity to start and lead new projects in collaboration with different business units, helping the business grow

Provide insights for decision making process through:

- understanding of our business strengths & weaknesses to target relevant data to be analyzed for a specific problem
- analysis of the above-mentioned data to find (or approach) the root causes of a specific business problem
- clear communication of your findings to the decision-makers, in order to put in place actions
- tracking of the impact and efficiency of actions put in place

Drive collaboration & projects with specific business units through:

- preparation of project scope & definition to align with the business
- organization of your own time & roadmap using project management tools (Wrike)
- anticipation of potential blockers along the road
- clustering projects into milestones / deliverables
- transparency of progresses with clear & regular communication

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics or other Data related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in the BI field (SAS, ETL, Data Processing, Data Analytics)
- Strong technical expertise with SQL (particularly SQL Server Management Studio)
- Strong Project Management experience (including leading skills)
- Good technical expertise with Tableau Software (Desktop, Online)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure products such as Synapse and Data Factory
