Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Aerodynamics Propulsion Designer (M/F) to join our Component Aerodynamics team based in Toulouse, France.
The aerodynamic propulsion design team is responsible for the shape design of the propulsive system, including the Inlet, Nacelle, Nozzle, Pylon, and Airsystems. We are currently an educated buyer for thrust reversers and propellers. Today, we are working on many innovative projects which are driving technological development for the next range of Airbus products.

- Design air vehicle external shapes and provide comprehensive aerodynamic models and data on performance, handling qualities, and loads in steady and unsteady modes.
- Ensure that optimized aerodynamic solutions and data are delivered to customers according to TCQ (time, cost, quality) objectives.
- Meet aerodynamics program specifications by developing and maintaining technologies, methods, and tools, as well as the knowledge and competencies related to Aerodynamics disciplines.
- Provide all support activities or expertise required to meet the programs' overall design needs and the integration of major components or systems throughout their life cycles. Your boarding pass:
- 10+ years of experience in aerospace engineering.
- Experience in powerplant aerodynamics.
- Experience using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools (Strong preference for CATIA).
- High level of proactivity.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- High level of motivation.
- Problem-solving capabilities.
