**Mission**:
- In the context of the launch of a new Long/Short ESG fund around Climate Change Mitigation thematic, the lead portfolio manager needs to hire a junior portfolio manager.
- His/Her missions will include:
- Managing the fund on a daily basis.
- Deepening the team knowledge on the ESG and work in close relation with the ESG team.
- Participating in the business development of the activity.
**Responsabilities**:
- Under the supervision of the lead manager, the junior portfolio manager will:
- Conduct ESG and financial research on potential investment opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with ESG Research team on new trend within the Climate Mitigation thematic.
- Participate in investment decision & bring new ideas on investment strategy.
- Manage daily fund activities (monitor existing positions & fund risks, execute orders).
- Contribute to fund's business development with publications of paper related to ESG.
**Profile**:
- Successful first experience in ESG analysis / thematic investing
or
- Demonstrated interest for ESG & more specifically Climate Change thematics.
- Reading & writting skills
- Ability to synthetize complex data
- Hardworking, motivated, reliable
- Creative, curious, open-minded
- Rigorous and result-oriented
- Team player, flexible and responsive
- Resistance to stress
