Ossiam est une société de gestion d'actifs française, filiale de Natixis Investment Managers, qui développe et gère des mandats et des fonds d'investissement, notamment des ETF.

Ossiam est spécialisée dans la gestion quantitative et totalise un encours sous gestion de plus de 10 milliards d'euros en s'appuyant sur près de 50 collaborateurs.

Vous rejoignez l'équipe Gestion de Portefeuilles Solutions Indicielle, composée actuellement de cinq professionnels de la finance, en tant que Portfolio Manager Junior. Les principales missions de l'équipe sont : (i) la gestion quotidienne des fonds (principalement des ETF) et des mandats, y compris toutes les exécutions ; (ii) la structuration de produits d'investissement ; et (iii) la participation à la création de stratégies d'investissement quantitatives.

Au quotidien, vous avez pour missions de:

- Gérer quotidiennement les fonds et mandats et exécuter les opérations associées (actions, obligations, devises, etc.) : ajuster les portefeuilles en fonction des rebalancements des stratégies ou des ordres de souscription/rachat (pour les fonds à réplication physique et synthétique), couvrir le risque de change, suivre et traiter les OST affectant les portefeuilles et les indices répliqués, etc ;
- Assurer une interaction continue avec l'équipe du Middle Office pour garantir le bon déroulement des opérations ;
- Maintenir des interactions continue avec les principaux contacts opérationnels externes : Participants Autorisés, courtiers, contreparties de swaps ;
- Contrôler quotidiennement les expositions et les indicateurs de risque des fonds à travers une série de contrôles de premier niveau ;
- Participer à la mise en place opérationnelle des nouveaux fonds/mandats, améliorer les outils de trading et de gestion de portefeuille et les processus/procédures associés ;
- Contribuer aux sujets généraux liés à la gestion de fonds.

De formation supérieure, vous disposez d'une première expérience en matière de trading/gestion de portefeuille, idéalement dans la gestion obligataire. Les connaissances de l'industrie des ETF et des compétences en programmation supplémentaires seraient un plus.

Vous êtes familier avec:

- Les processus de gestion de portefeuille et toute la chaîne opérationnelle, de la génération d'ordres au règlement ;
- La programmation (idéalement en Python).

Vous avez un excellent relationnel, une très bonne capacité d'écoute, vous êtes:

- Motivé ;
- Curieux ;
- Doté d'un fort esprit d'équipe.

Vous maîtrisez l'anglais avec un niveau C1.
