Lead the local strategy and drive the delivery of learning and talent development activities in the BU/ Country, to meet local needs to deliver the business plan, aligned to Organisation Learning and Talent CCEP Strategies. Create and maintain an environment of equal employment opportunity, diversity and competitive advantage in support of the company's diversity and inclusion strategic plan.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead identification of Organisation Learning needs for short and long term, including on-boarding, coaching, leadership, individual, management and team development in partnership with the BU/ Country P&C LTs and OL CoE to design and deliver impactful activities that builds future capabilities. In line with capabilities, lead the delivery of CCEP wide organisational learning programs, activities and tools for the local Leadership Team, P&C and OLT CoE. Customise where required to fit local needs. Proactively promote a culture of learning in the BU/ Country including digital and social learning.
- Lead the delivery of the CCEP talent strategy in the BU/ Country, working with the Leadership Team and P&C to deliver talent insights to enable robust decision making, including partnering with the P&C VP to facilitate talent reviews and succession planning
- Partner with the P&C VP and Talent Acquisition to deliver the CCEP strategic workforce plan, aligned to business objectives, working on a clear action plan to address gaps
- Deliver talent management expertise and partner with the local Leadership and P&C Team and to drive best practice approaches
- Support design of dedicated talent programs to accelerate career development (e.g. onboarding, including mobility programs
- Drive the Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) strategy in the Talent Management and Succession routines and support local P&C team in tracking I&D metrics and execution of local plans
- Act as a connector between the BU P&C team and CCEP Learning and Talent Communities of Practice
- Drive deployment of the engagement survey within the BU, analyze results to build strong national action plans and consolidate functions and local action plans.
- Ensure we select the right leaders equipping TA and PCBPs with the right methodology and tools (assessments, interview guides )
- Provide professional expertise and support in the implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent.
- Work closely with the HR analytics team to collect, analyze and maintain data gathered from 360, assessment, dashboard, exit survey, engagementto inform targeted leadership development.
- Create and maintain an environment of equal employment opportunity, diversity and competitive advantage in support of the company's diversity and inclusion strategic plan.
**Experience**preferred**
Organisational learning & leadership development, talent management, performance management & career planning gained at large multi-national businesses including using different technologies
Familiarity with psychometric tools and their use
