Nous recrutons pour notre client, Société de gestion basée sur Paris, un Investor Services H/F en Intérim jusqu'à la fin d'année.
**Mission**:
Vous avez une expérience en Relation Investisseur dans la Gestion d'actif et recherchez un nouveau challenge ? Grafton Banque recrute pour le compte d'une Société de Gestion indépendante internationale pour leurs bureaux de Paris. Vous intégrerez l'équipe Investor Services et travaillerez en collaboration avec les équipes RFP, Commerciales de manière quotidienne.
**Vos principales missions**:
Production of reporting:
- monthly factsheets and quarterly reports for public funds
- fund reporting for dedicated client accounts (mandates)
- non-standard reporting (monthly, quarterly)
- automation of client reports
- Replies to incoming client/investment consultant/distributor enquiries
- Proof-reading of fund manager commentaries, RFPs and DDQs
- Support to the Investor Relations team globally, as well as supplying data to the Marketing & Communications team
- Supply of internal data (staff, AUM, performance etc.) to the RFP team
