Integrated into an agile, committed, and strategic team, you will report to the Deputy Head of Investor Relations & Financial Communication and work closely with the SVP Communications and Investor Relations as well as with the Group’s senior management.The Responsibilities & DutiesDeveloping and implementing the investor relations strategy to enhance the Group's visibility and investor engagementDrafting and producing investor materials: press releases, universal reference documents, presentations, newsletters to shareholders, Q&AOrganizing investor events (financial results webcasts, roadshows, meetings, site visits)Developing and implementing a consistent narrative across the different materials in coordination with the corporate communication departmentParticipating in investor and analyst meetings (roadshows, investors conferences)Maintaining the “Investors” section of the website up to dateCollaborating closely with internal departments from finance, legal and CSRMonitoring consensus and analyzing analysts’ valuation models to enrich team recommendationsConducting sector and competitors monitoring to provide the management with strategic thinkingManaging and analyzing the investor’s CRM to strengthen shareholding and optimize targetingDeveloping relationships with individual shareholdersThe First-Year ObjectivesDeliver accurate, consistent investor documentation (PRs, URD, decks, Q&A)On-time and excellent delivery; consistent narrative across all investor & corporate materialsAbility to develop creative ideas to tell the story and present the strategyFull ownership of some projects: website update + shareholder's newsletterSuccessfully monitor and analyze analyst models and consensus evolutionSmooth relationships with sell-side analystsConsensus 100% up to date, with proactive analysis to identify discrepancies with internal expectationsProvide actionable insights through continuous market and peer analysisGood understanding of the industry/the companyConduct regular peer and sector benchmarkingInsightful financial analyses used in management briefings and integrated into Q&AProven ability to engage with investors within 12 monthsOwnership of CRM tool: 100% up to date to track & analyze engagement & optimize targetingParticipate in investor meetings, progressive ramp up and increased exposure; successfully built an internal and actionable networkPositive feedback from other departments & proven ability to share knowledgeEfficient coordination and timely delivery of inputs from all departmentsThe QualificationsBusiness school, master’s in finance, or equivalent5 to 10 years in Investor Relations and Financial Communication, Audit or Corporate Finance, with a versatile profile (writing, back-office, project management skills)Strong interest in financial markets and capital markets issuesExcellent writing skills and editorial creativityProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and an appetite for AI solutionsProject management proficiencyNative English speaker.
