The Applications Manager will combine scientific and customer-oriented activities to interface between the company and end-users in pharmaceutical and biotech companies while advertising our solutions to potential clients, training users at pharmaceutical companies, and communicating our vision and constant innovation to the community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Advertise our software solutions to potential clients via online or on-site demonstrations, as well as during conferences
- Work hand in hand with developers to define the features for our future products, keeping in mind the needs of our users and the state-of-the-art research in the field
- Assist in developing and testing our software products
- Prepare training material to teach the usage of MonolixSuite to new users
- Travel to client sites to provide training and consultation
- Develop online documentation in text and video formats to promote the usage of our products
- Communicate results via scientific publications, online case studies, and webinars
- Discuss study results with internal and external customers
- Contribute to the advancement of scientific algorithms and approaches
- Participate in research collaboration projects with industry partners and regulatory agencies
- Attend and present at scientific conferences
- Build partnerships with clients and advise clients on future strategic direction
- Contribute to the development and refinement of company standards and processes
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Previous modeling and simulation drug development experience
- Drive collaborative and supportive behaviors to support key scientific and business deliverables
- Consistently display flexibility, prioritization, multi-tasking on assigned projects or business initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (true English proficiency required)
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Highly self-motivated and willing to take on challenges

- Fluent in multiple languages a plus

**Education**:

- Masters in pharmaceutical science, computational biology, biomedical engineering, chemistry, or related field
- PhD in pharmaceutical science, computational biology, biomedical engineering, chemistry, or related field preferred
