- Who We Are Looking For:
- The Trade Desk is growing at a fast pace, and we are seeking a team member to join our People Operations Team to deliver exceptional service to our global employees. People Operations strives, every day, to meet the needs of our employees by continuously developing and improving our strategy to deliver operational efficiency and an amazing employee experience.
- We are looking for a professional with a strong employee relations and compliance background, experience with French labour laws, an operational mindset to handle complex employee inquiries that may require cross functional collaboration. We commit to efficient and timely resolution of inquiries with a laser focus on an exceptional employee experience and a consistent customer service approach.
- You will be part of the global People Operations team reporting to the Director, People Relations.
- What You Will Be Doing:
- Manage and ensure compliance with all employment law regulations, social relations and practices for TTD in France.-
- Proactively identify, manage and monitor risks and propose improvements and risk mitigation strategies for TTD in France.-
- Effectively manage employee and labour relations, preparation, and presentation for the meetings of staff representatives (CSE), trade unions, works councils, etc.-
- Serve as a trusted partner in the employee experience by building and facilitating people relations and compliance processes that emphasize fair, consistent, and respectful outcomes.-
- Lead and own the end-to-end resolution of complex people queries/issues.-
- Continuously project manage active employee inquiries working with cross functional partners to drive complex issues to resolution for the employees ensuring high quality, consistent service delivery.-
- Assist in handling grievance, disciplinary actions, performance, accommodations and other compliance matters primarily in France but in other countries in EMEA as well.- What You Bring To The Table:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; relevant master’s degree, law degree and/or professional certifications a plus.-
- Experience working in employee/labor relations with solid, working knowledge of relevant best practices.-
- experience working in ER/LR, HR or HR shared service function.-
- Fluency in French and English is essential.-
- Strong ability to build trust, along with demonstrated ability to drive and lead results.-
- Stellar communication skills, conflict management and resolution skills with experience in delivering sensitive messaging of all types to a wide variety of stakeholders.-
- Results driven ability with problem analysis and resolution skills.-
- Openness to occasional travel as needed.-
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.-
- Proven ability to work with all levels of the organization and across functional areas.-
- Agile and able to adapt as projects and priorities change and able to remain composed, positive, and gritty in the face of any setbacks or challenges.-
- Able to understand and appreciate different and opposing perspectives and to discover solutions and build consensus.-
