Soyez le référent IT de l'équipe relation client

Rattaché au responsable du domaine informatique de la relation magasin, vous intervenez en immersion au sein du service relation client BtoB. Ainsi, vous êtes le référent IT au sein de cette équipe composée de 85 personnes. Votre rôle est d’intervenir en support de ce service pour les accompagner au quotidien dans l’utilisation de leurs outils IT. En ce sens, vous comprenez les problématiques, les besoins métiers, effectue du paramétrage en autonomie et faites le lien si nécessaire avec la TMA externe. Aussi, vous intervenez en gestion de projet sur demandes d’évolution en lien avec un chef de projet. Au final, vous intervenez également dans la documentation et la formation des utilisateurs.

Issu d’une formation dans le domaine de l’informatique, vous avez minimum 2 ans d’expérience, alternance comprise, en développement informatique mais vous souhaitez évoluer vers un rôle plus fonctionnel et sur de la gestion de projet. Vous êtes à l’aise en anglais à l’écrit comme à l’oral, avez un bon relationnel et un esprit d’analyse.
