Nous recherchons un(e) HRBP en charge de déployer et animer la politique RH du Groupe SEVETYS sur son périmètre dans un environnement multisites en forte croissance. L'équipe est composée de 4 HRBP ainsi qu'un RRH. Votre secteur représentera environ 450 collaborateurs

Ainsi, le/la Chargé(e) RH est l’interlocuteur privilégié(e) des responsables de son périmètre. **Votre rôle en tant que conseiller est primordiale dans le cadre de vos fonctions.**

Plus spécifiquement, vous assurez les missions suivantes:

- Accompagner et conseiller les Responsables de secteur ainsi que les cliniques vétérinaires de son périmètre dans la gestion des ressources humaines ;
- Assurer la gestion et le suivi administratif du personnel ;
- Prendre en charge les différentes demandes des responsables et des salariés en assurant un cadre juridique sécurisé (embauche, rédaction de contrat et avenants, formation, rémunération / rétention, disciplinaire, rupture de contrat) ;
- Préparer l’intégration des nouvelles cliniques au sein du Groupe ;
- Participer aux projets RH pour l’ensemble du Groupe ;
- Contribuer à l’élaboration et à la structuration des process RH.

**Contrat**: CDI, statut cadre forfait jours.

Ce poste est fait pour vous si:
Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’un Master ou équivalent en Ressources Humaines et/ou Droit social. Idéalement vous avez une expérience minimum de 3 ans dans un environnement multisites
- Connaissances solides en droit social
- Excellent relationnel, avec un très bon niveau de communication à l’oral comme à l’écrit
- Capacité à structurer et prioriser les sujets, à prendre de la hauteur
- Proactivité et pragmatisme
