\uD83D\uDCC4 **JOB DESCRIPTION**

We are currently looking for a SysOps Engineer to support, optimize and improve the Veepee's System Infrastructure.

You will be in charge of creating a production ready framework, maintaining the existing environment and preparing it for the future.

You'll be part of a team of 7 talented people, juniors and seniors.

**\uD83C\uDFAF TASKS**:

- Maintain in operational conditions the Internal-IS System infrastructure;
- Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve performance or scalability anomalies;
- Develop and maintain operational support documentation for your peers;
- Take care of Linux and Windows servers deployment and administration;
- Automate daily actions and the global infrastructure;
- Ensure a good monitoring and alerting coverage;
- Be an evangelist of DevOps’ good practices and share your knowledge;
- Provide level 3 support for area of expertise;
**\uD83D\uDC49 MUST HAVE skills**:

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar function;
- Automating deployment and maintenance with IaC : Ansible and Terraform;
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience in Programming Languages such as Python or Go;
- General knowledge of industrialization processes : SysOps and DevOps practices;
- Experience with container virtualization and orchestration i.e. Docker, Kubernates, Argocd
- Know how to Monitor systems with Prometheus, Grafana and ELK;

As part of an international team with an important part being based in France, speaking English is mandatory, speaking French is an advantage.

**\uD83D\uDC49 NICE TO HAVE skills**:

- Good knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Mechanisms
- Different types of DB such as PostgreSQL or MariaDB;
- Production experience on physical infrastructure;
- Scripting skills with 1 of UNIX Shells + PowerShell for Windows
