MYNE is expanding its presence in the South of France. Therefore we are looking for a talented Regional Manager France (M/F/x) to oversee and manage our French properties in the region.
Tasks
- Managing our properties and customers on-site together with the team based in Berlin.
- Coordination of external service providers and respective quality assurance.
- Planning and coordination of repair and maintenance initiatives in the properties.
- Planning and implementation of property upgrading initiatives (renovation, interior design and equipment).
- Support of our customers on-site together with the owner service.
- Ongoing improvement of all processes in real estate and customer operations.
**Requirements**:
- You are fluent in French and English. Additional languages such as Italian or German are an advantage.
- You have successfully completed a degree in real estate, hospitality, or a comparable industry.
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in hospitality, property management or a similar industry.
- You are a communication and organizational talent with a highly structured way of working.
- You can work effectively and precisely in a fast-paced environment, both independently and in a team, set the right priorities and meet deadlines.
- You have excellent MS Office skills.
- You must hold a driver's license.
- You are flexible in organizing your working hours and are generally willing to be available for our customers on weekends and public holidays.
