Sous la responsabilité du Chef de cuisine, il encadre les commis et les apprentis

Production culinaire et garantir la qualité constante des produits fabriqués dans sa partie

Appliquer les règles et procédures d'hygiène et de sécurité

Porteur de l'esprit de polyvalence

Salaire net nourri + mutuelle à partir de 1800€ net

Possibilité CDI après la saison

Rémunération : 1 800,00€ à 2 500,00€ par mois
