**Your mission**
Sensia, a pioneer in customer analytics, leverages cutting-edge AI and machine learning to revolutionize businesses' understanding of consumer behavior. Joining our rapidly expanding Sales team entails cultivating partnerships, deploying solutions, and seizing new sales opportunities. Your role extends beyond sales to implementing processes for feedback, demos, and collaboration with tech and product teams, contributing to Sensia's journey to market leadership. Intrigued? - Graduate business school or university equivalent
- Mother tongue French + fluent English
- Former marketing in CPG experience / studies is **a plus, not a prerequisite.**:
- We're looking for **highly ambitious people **who want to challenge themselves to make a difference. We will **always encourage you to dare**.
- Super interested in the GenAI & martech sector: it's a field that's constantly evolving, and where you need to constantly question what you know. We don't expect you to be an expert, but we do want you to be passionate and willing to invest in it
- You need to be a **problem-solver**: we're looking for someone who can bridge the gap between theory and practicality. This means:
- Understanding the challenges of marketing technology (martech) industries
- Experimenting and adapting ideas from related fields
- Innovating and inventing solutions when there's nothing out there yet
- All with the goal of solving a concrete problem
- Ultra **proactive **and can work **independently**, but you also love working with a team

**Recruitment process**
Things are moving at lightning speed, and so are we: no time to waste
- We'll schedule **a 30-minute call **to get to know you better, give you a detailed presentation of the company and see if our respective expectations are compatible.
- Next, we'll invite you for a **second round interview **to deepen your CV and work out a situation together
- Finally, we'll invite you for a **final round interview **at Marseille to meet the founding team,
Patrice and Antoine.
And _voilà_, in just a couple of weeks, it's a done deal
