At TechnipFMC, we deliver critical projects of a scale, scope and difficulty that you simply won’t find anywhere else. We are looking for a **Senior Contract Specialist**who can join our team in Paris.
As a Senior Contract Specialist you will advise project managers on the contractual strategy and manage contracts throughout projects.

**Job Description**:

- Accompany project managers in the set up of the project plan and align contract management plan
- Function as a business partner for project managers
- Preparation of contractual/commercial input for internal and external reporting
- Management of variation process including identification, preparation, approval, negotiating and reporting
- Ensure that proper contract compliance and contract administration is maintained in the project
- Ensure that contracts and commercial risks are identified, properly evaluated and mitigated
- Monitor and analyse issues when they arise and deal with them, anticipate risks and grasp opportunities
- Ensure contract management all along the projects on all topics
- Manage relations with external partners and stakeholders
- You are meant for this job if:

- University level education in legal, business, engineering or equivalent
- 7+ years' experience in a related field
- Profound conceptual understanding and mastery of contract management, negotiation and problem seolving
- Good understanding of project management
- Proven middle management skills
- Strong communication and influence skills, capacity to motivate and engage
