**ROLE**:
Within the Process Excellence team, the role of the Commercial Functional Lead is to deeply focus on both Agency & GBS Processes in order to improve productivity and quality. Priorities will be given to simplification, standardization and automation. It is also key to deploy new process and projects while ensuring the end-to-end efficiency.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Design efficient, user friendly, simple processes / core models / target operating models that are powered by advanced technologies

Deployment of HO Strategic Projects to Agencies and GBS

Maintain standardization on sales processes / organization & technologies

Focus on service delivery - hitting service quality targets and SLAs

Ensure process excellence through propagating best practices and making it standard

Implement Simplification, standardization and automations

Focus on eliminating waste in processes

Automate repetitive & non-value-added tasks

Ensure alignment with Strategy Owners on business strategy, growth agenda, priorities, KPIs etc.

Visibility through adequate and trusted reporting

**PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
Master Degree from a Business School or equivalent

Experience in Team management on Sales Strategy thinking and deployment

Knowledge of sales management, customer relationships and commercial policy and offers

Solid skills with Sales Management Software / IT Applications

Strong knowledge in Performance, Risks, Change and Budget management

Experience in Process/ quality standards and regulations design and implementation
