Chargé.e de la supervision et de la réalisation des études liées à un projet et assure la
coordination entre tous les acteurs concernés (internes, sous-traitants, architecte).
Vos missions
Quelles seront tes missions ?
**Activités opérationnelles**:

- Être l’interlocuteur principal de la maîtrise d'ouvrage
- Définir les principaux axes conceptuels des projets
- Piloter les équipes études, suivi de travaux, prestataires externes
- Animer les réunions & rédiger les comptes-rendus d’études
- Participer à l’analyse de risque projet
- Participer à l’instruction des modifications de programme
- S’assurer de la conformité des études avec le cahier des charges
- Faire appliquer les politiques de qualité de l’entreprise
- Faire respecter les normes environnementales & de sécurité
**Activités administratives & financières**:

- Veiller au respect des objectifs du contrat de marché
- Mettre en évidence les contraintes de coûts
- Valider les situations financières mensuelles des prestataires
- Mettre à jour & établir un prévisionnel de facturation interne
Vos compétences
Quelles compétences dois-tu avoir ?
Tu es issu(e) d'une Ecole d'ingénieurs et spécialisé(e) dans le génie climatique et CVC. Idéalement, tu as une expérience significative dans l'ingénierie des salles blanches.
