**About the role**

We are looking for a highly capable OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Product Manager to join our team.

As the OEM Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing our OEM finished goods suppliers, developing new OEM partnerships, and leading the OEM Program Management process.

Your role will involve coordinating with various internal departments and external partners to ensure the successful execution of OEM product strategies and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As OEM Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

- ** Management of Existing OEM Suppliers: overseeing the phase in/phase out process of the product portfolio, negotiating pricing and handling contracts, manage payment processes.**:

- ** Developing New OEM Partnerships**:

- ** OEM Program Management**:

- ** Long-Range Product Roadmap: working closely with Product Managers, identifying market trends, customer requirements, and competitive insights.**:

- ** Price Reduction Activity: sustaining and driving price reduction activities, monitoring market trends and competitor pricing strategies, collaborating with internal teams to implement cost reduction initiatives.**:
**Requirements**:

- ** Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).**:

- ** Fluency in English.**:

- ** Proven experience in OEM product management, preferably in a similar industry or market.**:

- ** Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing supplier relationships.**:

- ** Excellent project management and coordination abilities.**:

- ** Strategic mindset with the ability to define long-term product roadmaps.**:

- ** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.**:

- ** Effective communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.**:

- ** Knowledge of multinational industrial process or similar project management frameworks is a plus.**:
