Join a team of passionate people who build quality and responsible advertising, at scale **What will you do?**: As a **Motion Designer Assistant**, your main mission will be to support Teads Sales and Marketing teams worldwide by designing product video presentations and animations using our in-house templates in After Effects. Furthermore, you will: - Work in a real-world design environment. - Collaborate with a design team on projects with a global scale. - Participate in numerous projects with many moving parts and small variations. - Handle heavy pressure and tight deadlines, but it will be highly rewarding Finally, you will learn to: - Become highly efficient in After Effects. - Master video production workflows at scale for international purposes. - Develop skills in corporate filmmaking, interview and documentary-making techniques. - Manage video projects, corporate event video design, and photography. Example of a product presentation: 3 Ratio variants advertising, demo for Japan. Simple product demo: inRead Skin. **What will you bring to the team?**: - Basic knowledge of After Effects, Illustrator, or Photoshop. - Detail-oriented, fast learner, and organized. - Proficiency in spoken and written English and French. **Our main Engineering challenges at Teads**: - Working in a very **high-traffic** environment (1.9 billion users per month, 100 billion events per day) with **low latency** and **high availability** constraints (2 million requests per second, responses in less than 150 milliseconds). - **Rich and diverse tech stack and system architecture** to optimize for **performance, scalability, resiliency**, and cost efficiency.
