About the job Nouvelle offre de Graphiste/ Motion Designer chez GOWOD ☀️ Poste basé à Montpellier. Équipe : Équipe Marketing GOWOD propose une application permettant d’améliorer sa mobilité, quelque soit son sport. L’application programme des routines 100% personnalisées grâce à un test de mobilité. Elle est déjà adoptée par 1,6 millions de sportifs. Mission principale Concevoir et produire des visuels impactants et cohérents avec l’identité de marque, à destination des supports digitaux (réseaux sociaux, site web, campagnes marketing), en formats statiques et animés. Responsabilités Graphisme (cœur du poste) Création de visuels statiques pour : Réseaux sociaux (posts, stories, ads) Site web & landing pages Emails marketing Supports internes (présentations, documents) Déclinaison de campagnes existantes sur plusieurs formats Collaboration avec l’équipe marketing / produit pour comprendre les objectifs Motion design & vidéo (fort plus) Création de contenus animés courts : Reels / Ads / Stories animées Animations de visuels existants Montage vidéo simple à intermédiaire : Ajout de texte, transitions, sous-titres Rythme adapté aux réseaux sociaux Animation de pictos, typographies, UI simples Compétences requises Hard skills (obligatoires) Excellente maîtrise de La suite Adobe : Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere (ou Final Cut). Une connaissance d’XD est un plus. Figma Capacité à produire vite sans sacrifier la qualité Compréhension des formats pour réseaux sociaux (9:16, 1:1, 16:9). Force de proposition dans les propositions créatives. La maîtrise de l’anglais écrit est un plus. Soft skills Sens du détail, de la composition et de la cohérence visuelle Autonomie et rigueur Capacité à intégrer des feedbacks Organisation et respect des deadlines Créativité au service de l’objectif marketing Capacité à traduire une intention marketing en création claire et lisible Compréhension des enjeux de performance et de lisibilité des contenus Compréhension des enjeux de message, de hiérarchisation de l’information et de lisibilité Traduction demessages marketing en visuels clairs, cohérents et impactants Profil recherché Formation en design graphique, communication visuelle ou équivalent Portfolio obligatoire (statiques + animés) 2–4 ans d’expérience appréciés (ou profil très solide en junior) Sensibilité branding / produit / sport & bien-être est un plus Process de Recrutement Premier entretien de présentation éventuel. Tests graphiques et entretien de restitution. Entretien final avec les fondateurs.
