We are seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator to join our Policy Affairs Department.
**PROJECT COORDINATOR**
**Based in Sophia-Antipolis, French Riviera**
**MISSION**
As Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating ETSI's involvement in European and international projects. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of technological innovation and standardization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of objectives
- Oversee project resources, budgets, and deliverables
- Liaise with project partners and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to project proposals and deliverables
- Represent ETSI in project management meetings
- Handle project administration and financial tracking
- Prepare and present progress reports
- Contribute to project communication and dissemination activities
**PROFILE**
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or International Affairs/Business
- Experience in publicly funded research projects (FP7, H2020, Horizon Europe)
- Knowledge of the communications industry
- Excellent organizational and project leadership skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Experience in standardization committees or working groups preferred
