**Your Role**:
The Paris Program Director will oversee staff, planning, budgeting and program facilitation in the Student Affairs and Operational Departments, including operations in student housing, student arrivals and orientation, co-curricular activities and excursions, and student well-being. This Paris Program Director will also be responsible for monitoring local vendor relations and coordinating support with Academic Affairs. The Program Director will handle back-office development for these departments while managing the day-to-day operations to ensure budget control and excellent customer service.

The Program Director will also collaborate with leadership in the areas of program development, staff training and assessment, program quality control and general educational development in conjunction with the Paris Study Center and the Phoenix Headquarters leadership. This position will also oversee and participate in the creation and distribution of marketing and social media materials created onsite to enhance our marketing department’s footage.

**What You’ll Do**:
**_ Program Planning_**
- Lead staff efforts to prepare for upcoming terms, including calendar preparation and staff task distribution
- Oversee planning for all aspects of student services onsite, student arrivals and airport pick up, orientation, cultural and social activities, excursions, and health & safety matters associated will all programs
- Research, evaluate and secure housing options to augment CEA CAPA housing inventory
- Monitor student enrollment numbers for upcoming sessions to anticipate future housing needs and event planning
- Negotiate vendor contracts in OSE and Housing (short and long term)
- Manage and track forecasting for operational departments and coordinate with Academic Affairs to match deadlines
- Provide financial and contractual guidelines for staff to execute program planning.
- Ensure coverage of student affairs office during opening hours

**_ Program Preparation_**
- Monitor student Health & Wellness cases and liaise with Phoenix colleagues during the pre-departure phase
- Support Phoenix staff and participate in pre-departure academic advising initiatives (e.g. Facebook advising, advising videos and documents)
- Evaluate and secure appropriate and quality housing placements for all students.
- Lead team to meet pre-departure communication deadlines concerning housing placement release, etc.

**_ Program Delivery & Conclusion_**
- Lead and participate in local activities, events and efforts (occasional nights and weekends required): Arrivals, Student Activities, Excursions, Reception duty, and weekly staff meetings.
- Execute all programs smoothly, including student services, student life, housing, and health and safety
- Participate in the rotation of the on-call CEA CAPA Emergency Phone
- Manage team to complete Permit of Stay and Presence Declaration procedures.
- Meet regularly with students to check in on their well-being and assist students with mental and physical healthcare needs
- Mediate and resolve escalated student/university concerns, housing issues, health & safety cases, and other student-related issues, working collaboratively with all stakeholders and adhering to CEA CAPA protocols
- Monitor regional & in-country resources for security threats, travel warnings & travel alerts and coordinate internal and external communication of small and large scale local incidents that might affect CEA CAPA students
- Oversee and ensure the consistent enforcement of CEA CAPA’s code of conduct and housing policies
- Collaborate with Disciplinary Committee to make and approve disciplinary decisions
- Report and document in CEA CAPA Database any student concerns and issues in a timely manner
- Compile and review Incidental Billing for approval before submission to Home Office

**_ Program Management_**
- Support staff in establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors
- Develop and implement initiatives for continuous improvement that optimize Study Center performance and student satisfaction
- Analyze historical, current, and forecast
