Marketing & Communication Project Intern (End-of-studies Internship - Immediate Start)

We're looking for a **driven, autonomous, and creative Marketing & Communication Project Coordinator Intern** to join our fast-growing team **as soon as possible** for a **6-month end-of-studies internship** with the possibility of a full-time hire afterward.

In this role, you'll help **develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives**, manage planning and budgets, and ensure follow-through with precision. We're looking for someone who is **both strategic and hands-on**, with a strong understanding of **digital advertising, and 360° communication**. You should be confident working independently, while also bringing a collaborative spirit to the table.

**Position Overview**

As our **Marketing & Communication Project Assistant Intern**, you will play a **key role in leading and structuring our marketing efforts** for a group of fast-growing brands in luxury travel, tourism, and beyond. Helping to define and execute a clear vision—**not just assisting but owning projects** and driving initiatives forward.

This is a **startup-style environment**—agile, fast-paced, and full of opportunities to make an impact. Although we’ve grown rapidly, we value independence and leadership. You’ll need to be **autonomous, proactive, and ready to lead in your area of expertise**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Structure and help launch a new in-house marketing division
- Design and implement a comprehensive 360° marketing strategy:

- Newsletters
- Paid digital ad campaigns
- Social media strategy and content
- Oversight of community management
- Improve and follow up on strategies for other brands in the group
- Optimize SEO efforts and monitor website performance
- Collaborate with the community manager and content team to ensure consistent messaging
- Develop strategic partnerships to elevate brand positioning
- Launch and track campaigns for organic client acquisition
- Provide reports

**Who You Are**
- Fluent in **French and English** (written and spoken)
- A **strategic, creative thinker** with a strong grasp of brand marketing and digital trends
- Highly **autonomous**, proactive, and comfortable owning your projects from A to Z
- A natural **leader and problem-solver**, able to guide others and help the team grow
- Agile and adaptable, thrives in **startup-like environments**:

- Experienced or familiar with project coordination, social media, and content marketing
- Bonus: Previous internships or work in marketing/digital roles
