**Consumer Market Insights Junior Manager (Fabric Care) - Argenteuil, France - Your future Position?**
- Our Consumer Product Market Insight team is a key business partner supporting development and sales team and providing in-depth consumer understanding knowledge as well as interpretation of test results to inspire and guide fragrance development and selection._
- As a Consumer Market Insights (CMI) Manager you will manage the Consumer Market Insight activity in Western and Eastern Europe for our key international customers, take the coordination lead on global projects and provide consumer market insight expertise on a specific category of products, in our Creative Center, near Paris. This role is based in Argenteuil, France._

**In this exciting role you will**:

Provide Consumer and Product Insights to the Western and Eastern European Fragrance Business: _**_you will partner with Evaluation, Perfumers, Sales, Marketing and Technical teams and work closely on regional and cross-regional MR projects throughout the development cycle; you will provide in-depth interpretation of results to guide fragrance development and selection._
- **_Be your client’s research expert: _**_you will discuss and review CMI needs, help drawing olfactive hypotheses, discuss test methodologies to generate most actionable information, and present results through olfactive recommendations to internal and external customers by meeting critical timelines._
- **_Support Evaluation and Sales teams: _**_you will help to use the information into creations and selections as well as to present them to clients, carrying out specific analyses as needed ; you are in direct contact with clients, to discuss and review CMI strategies, methodologies and test results._
- **_Collaborate closely with category teams: _**_you will provide CMI leadership and expertise in order to improve ways of working, support strategic proactive category plans and anticipate market needs; you will identify opportunities and gaps in knowledge, and help developing insights from consumer behaviors into fragrance development to anticipate future market needs._

**Your professional profile includes**:

- _
Advanced degree in Food Science, Consumer Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Psychology or related area._
- _ First experience in Consumer Insights ideally in the fragrance or related industry or market research company, with exposure to Fabric, Home or Personal Care consumer packaging goods companies._
- _ First experience with consumer testing techniques (both quantitative and qualitative fundamentals), methodologies, design, statistical approaches, and modeling (programming is a plus)._
- _ First use of statistical software for analysis of research data._
- _ Excellent oral and written communication ability in English._
- _ Ability to work in a multicultural environment (previous exposure to a multinational environment is a plus)._
