**Linen Supervisor Team Leader**

**Location**: Southern France

Are you an experienced laundry professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dedicated Linen Supervisor Team Leader to join the housekeeping team at a prestigious property in Southern France.

In this integral role, you will supervise all laundry services, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation for the esteemed guests. Reporting directly to the House Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the property's exceptional reputation for luxury and service.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Oversee daily laundry operations, including the management of linen and uniform cleaning.

Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Train and lead the laundry team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Collaborate with the housekeeping team to meet the needs of the property.

Monitor inventory levels of linen and supplies, placing orders as needed.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping supervisory role, preferably in a luxury environment.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of French is a plus.

**Salary: €36,000 net annually + 13th-month salary**
