**Le rôle : Network support engineer campus (H/F/X)**

En tant qu'ingénieur de support réseau pour le Campus, vous serez essentiel pour la maintenance et le support des infrastructures réseau local (LAN) et sans fil (WiFi) à travers nos campus. Vous veillerez à la stabilité, la performance et la sécurité des réseaux, tout en fournissant un soutien technique aux utilisateurs.

**Responsabilités**:

- **Support et maintenance réseau**: Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes de réseau LAN/WiFi, assurer une surveillance proactive pour minimiser les interruptions.
- ** Assistance utilisateurs et gestion des incidents**: Offrir un support technique, gérer les incidents, et documenter les résolutions.
- ** Configuration et déploiement Réseau**: Aider à la configuration et au déploiement d'appareils LAN/WiFi, y compris des systèmes de communication par satellite (LEO SAT).
- ** Sécurité et conformité**: Contribuer à l'implémentation des mesures de sécurité et assurer la conformité aux standards de l'industrie.
- ** Amélioration continue**: Analyser les données de performance du réseau et intégrer les retours utilisateurs pour optimiser le réseau.

Ce que nous recherchons:

- Diplôme en IT, informatique ou équivalent.
- Expérience confirmée en gestion d'infrastructure réseau LAN/WiFi et sécurité.
- Compétences en configuration et dépannage réseau.
- Connaissance des technologies de communication par satellite (Starlink, OneWeb) et outils de monitoring.
- Capacité à s'adapter aux évolutions technologiques et à travailler en équipe.
