We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Lead Procurement Specialist (Buyer Yeast Extracts) in Paris, France or Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of the Yeast Extract Global Sourcing team, you will support the Yeast Extract Global Procurement Manager in the supplier relationship and the implementation of the sourcing strategy.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Part of Flavor Global Sourcing team, support Global Procurement Manager in the implementation of the sourcing strategy
- Manage RFQs, present the best recommendations and ensure proper contract formalization and follow up
- Develop a good understanding of the market price drivers
- Develop business risk contingency plans, with new supplier introductions
- Work closely with the R&D and Planning teams to ensure successful delivery in line with supply chain and business requirements
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure high supplier performance
- Lead, support or coordinate cross-functional teams and Support Special Projects upon requests

**You Bring**
- Master Degree in Business, Purchasing, Finance, Food Technology, Chemistry, Science, Agronomy
- First experience in Procurement
- Fluent in English and the local language (e.g French or Spanish)
- Self-starter, independent and able to work in a global team environment. Strong analytical skills, curious & independent mind.
- Experience in an International Business is a plus
