**YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES**:
- Create, edit, and clean the documentation of the internal knowledge base.
- Execute, control, evaluate, and improve ITSM reports.
- Analyze the data from the reports to identify trends, then present the analysis to the ITSM management team for discussion and thorough review.
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- You are recognized for your rigor, perseverance, attention to detail, analytical and synthesis skills, autonomy, and good interpersonal relations.
- You have a strong adaptability potential and know how to operate in an environment with multiple hierarchical levels.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: listening, empathy, assertiveness, team spirit.
- Independence, organization, and ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously
