**ENTER THE GAME**

As a **Senior Data Product Owner**, you'll lead the strategy, and **delivery of data products that empower teams** ac**r**oss the business to make smarter, faster, and more impactful decisions. You'll collaborate closely with** Data Scientists, Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Product Manager**s, and business leaders to transform data into a key strategic asset.

**YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC**
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Data Products — from discovery and definition to delivery and adoption
- Translate business needs into clear, data-driven solutions and product requirements
- Define and communicate the vision and roadmap for Data Products that align with company strategy
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform iteration
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity
- Manage sprints, backlogs, and priorities in collaboration with Data Science and Engineering teams
- Identify and champion innovative data solutions and best practices that drive business value
- Promote a data-first culture and encourage adoption of data products across the organisation

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?**

We're looking for someone who's passionate about using data to shape smarter products and decisions.
You'll thrive in this role if you:

- Have proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager for data-driven products
- Combine strategic thinking with a strong technical understanding of data platforms and analytics
- Are comfortable working with data pipelines, APIs, and visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Understand the lifecycle of data science models — from development to production deployment
- Are fluent in Agile methods and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Have strong stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills
- Are fluent in English

**WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT**STEPS?**
- You will then meet your future manager Hassan - Data Product Lead and Arnaud - Advanced Data Product Owner for a technical discussion and Use case
- Next, you will meet Alicja - Head of Data Product and Iouri - Chief Data Officer
- Finally, you will complete an AssessFirst test (personality, motivations, and reasoning) and have a final HR interview with Joe
