**About the Trajaan**:
We are a sizzling early stage tech startup located in Paris, France. Our goal is to shake up the search listening industry with our cutting-edge software solutions. We are searching for a Backend Stack Engineer to join our hot and happening team.

The company publishes SaaS search listening software that enables brands to detect new consumer trends and/or validate online market potential - thanks to large-scale analysis of search engine data.

Our goal is to provide our users with a rapidly activatable platform capable of mapping all consumer search queries, in any market, anywhere in the world.

Founded in early 2021 and incubated at Station F, l'entreprise currently has more than 30 clients and works with major consumer groups (Heineken, Royal Canin, Orange...), digital marketing agencies (Numberly, Babel...) and strategy consulting firms (Roland Berger, Bain & Co, EY-Parthenon...).

**About the role**:
You want to participate in the development of a young start-up in full expansion (Station F & Wilco, +20% of MRR each month) and help our CTO in the development and scale of our tech team?

We are focused on building a highly maintainable product, preferring simplicity to complexity, and with the will to always improve ourselves and the others we work with. You like to be a jack of all trades, not being afraid to face new problems every day.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Integrate with various backend services and APIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, ops, sales,) to define, design, and ship new features
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
- Participate in code reviews and actively contribute to the development process
- Stay up-to-date with the latest backend technologies and industry trends

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a backend / data engineer
- Proficiency with backend technologies such as Python (fastapi, sqlalchemy), PostgreSQL
- Experience with Terraform
- Experience with docker
- AWS or other cloud platforms is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Proficiency in english
